Counselor
Amy is a dedicated, compassionate, counselor who holds a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and is currently working on her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Amy is a proud mother and grandmother who enjoys cooking, taking care of those she loves, and relaxing at the beach. Amy combines her education, life experiences and professional experience to provide everyone the support, encouragement, and guidance that is necessary for them to develop and fulfill their individualized treatment plan goals. Amy believes that substance use disorders are multi-faceted in origin and require the utilization of an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates: 12-step program principles Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, relapse prevention, and motivational interviewing. Amy has previously worked as a Medication Assisted Recovery Specialist and can provide guidance to individuals in navigating the nuances of medication assisted therapy. (MAT). Amy has also been a mentor for successful ex0offenders which allows a full understanding of the intricacies of reentry that can be an obstacle in recovery. Amy’s ultimate goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment that promotes hope and allows individuals to feel fully empowered to build a lasting foundation in recovery and to engage in a full, productive life.

Scott brings over 21 years of experience in the substance abuse field. He brings a vast array of clinical and administrative expertise to our organization. Scott enjoys riding his motorcycle, swimming, and spending time with his family.
